About me

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at California State University Northridge, and I continued to receive my Masters of Arts at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and depth psychology.

I have been in practice for 10+ years, and I have been working in the field of behavioral therapy since 2006. My focus is to ensure that all my clients are heard, respected, honored, and active participants in their treatment and healing. I strive to create individualized treatment plans that both supports my clients unique needs and goals. I understand that many difficulties that we are experiencing today may be rooted in a past experience that shifted the way we respond and communicate with the world.

I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, children and their families in private practice and treatment centers since 2006. I have utilized modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, family systems, and mindfulness therapies to treat an array of ailments like anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship issues, divorce, and parenting. My ultimate goal has been to help my clients reach their goals and live healthier and happier lives.
